Jess Johnson and Simon Ward were nominated for The Walters Prize for their work Whol Why Wurld, 2017, recently included in the inaugural exhibition at Buxton Contemporary The Shape of Things to Come curated by Melissa Keys. Whol Why Wurld is currently exhibited at Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki alongside other finalists: Ruth Buchanan, Jacqueline Fraser and Pati Solomona Tyrell.
