Watching Ronnie

Throughout September, a group of candidates in the VCA Masters program gathered at Buxton Contemporary for a convivial and intimate weekly discussion focused on the exhibition No one is watching you: Ronnie van Hout. Facilitated by curator and researcher Rosemary Forde, this collaborative study group focused on selected key works and themes apparent in van Hout’s survey show, including ‘Bananas: Slapstick Ronnie’, ‘Bad Fathers: Ersatz Ronnie’, and ‘Doom and Gloom: Zombie Ronnie’.
