In this hands-on experience, students will explore 3D forms through drawing, clay sculpting and digital sculpting software.
The workshop takes Joanne Ritson’s sculptures (based on Tony Clark’s notebook drawings) as a starting point, providing the opportunity for students to build upon Ritson and Clark’s iterative and collaborative contemporary practice using multiple mediums.
After drawing and sculpting Clark and Ritson’s sculptures, students will learn how to use Nomad Sculpt software on iPads to digitally render organic forms.
This workshop is offered as an extension of facilitated tours.
